Michael Tolliver founded Atlas Asset Management Realty, LLC in 2018. Michael has been an Illinois licensed real estate broker since 2004 and a top producer, selling over $15,000,000 per year since 2011, including sales in excess of $30,000,000 for 2017 and 2018. In 2017, Michael was the #1 producing broker of commercial real estate for multifamily transactions per the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Prior to forming Altas, he was a founding partner of Paradigm Realty and, most recently, a Senior Commercial Broker at CRER. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as a top commercial real estate broker, assisting various local banks and investors in disposing of REO assets, facilitating note sales, judicial sales auctions, short sales and property management. Additionally, Michael has worked closely with institutional investors in acquiring various property portfolios.

His main focus and expertise is the disposition of multifamily, land and retail properties throughout Chicagoland.

Edward Bluemel is an experienced real estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in all areas of the commercial side of the industry. Skilled in Technical Underwriting, Financial Analysis, Market Research, Management, and Dispositions. He began his commercial real estate career in 2004.

During his career, he has arranged in excess of $500 Million in real estate financing, property sales and mortgage note sales. As Director of REO at a regional bank, Edward was responsible for the management and disposition of over $88 Million in mortgage notes and real property, overseeing a 500+ property REO portfolio in the Chicago market.

Edward became an Illinois licensed broker in 2014. Since that time, he has brokered investment sales transactions totaling $70,000,000 in value.

A natural team builder, Edward’s clients benefit from his superior organizational and project management skills; however, it is his tenacious execution, which separates him from other professionals.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University in 2002.

Jasmine Baynes has been serving the Chicagoland area for five years as a real estate agent. She began her career in 2014 with Coldwell Banker, where she quickly excelled, she earning rookie of the year honors. In 2019, Jasmine was recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a Top Producing Agent in Chicago.

She has successfully closed over 150 transactions over the course of her five years and has worked with buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial transactions.

Jasmine is a real estate investor herself, having purchased a residential building in 2016, which she later rehabbed and now leases to tenants. She possesses a true passion for real estate and a strong desire to educate others, which makes her an outstanding agent. Jasmine is adept at guiding her clients through the acquisition and disposition processes, providing peace of mind.

Jasmine joined the team at Atlas Asset Management in 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in 2011.
